Kaylene Widderick


Kaylene is a Licensed Conveyancer and has been licensed since 1996 (Lic. no. 1706736). She has worked in conveyancing her entire career, having started in the industry right out of college. She gained a lot of experience working alongside sole practitioner solicitors, and subsequently gained her certification from Macquarie University.

In 1996 Kaylene took the bold step to launch On-Call Conveyancing. It was a move that has paid off handsomely, because thanks to her patience, hard work, and excellent organisational skills, the company is now one of the leaders in the conveyancing industry in New South Wales.

Michelle Lhotka


Michelle Lhotka is a Licensed Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace. Michelle has enjoyed over 25 years experience in the legal industry having worked for law firms in the roles of legal secretary, paralegal, and licensed conveyancer.

Michelle carried out her Conveyancing Law and Practice studies through Macquarie University and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers since 1997.

As a licensed Conveyancer, Michelle is required to keep her conveyancing knowledge up to date by completing a course of continuing education each and every year and must have in place professional indemnity insurance for her clients protection.
